This course is designed for people who wish to enter, or are in, the hospitality industry and need their Responsible Service of Alcohol for employment in Queensland.

It is now mandatory that all employees hold a Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate which must be issued under the Office Liquor Gaming & Regulation approved course. The course will give the participants the knowledge and understanding of relevant Queensland Liquor Laws. Training in identifying problems such as declining service when appropriate, how to minimize confrontation and arguments, understanding your responsibilities and fines. Enabling you to deal with patrons and provide accurate advice and information to customers regarding alcoholic beverages.

Ignite Education is NOW offering RSA online.  The QLD OLGR approved Responsible Service of Alcohol (SITFAB009A) online course can be done in your own time usually within 4 hours.  You wll have ONE MONTH to complete the course from registration.

You have 3 attempts per assessment if you use your 3 attempts in an assessment you will be locked out for a period of time until a trainer has accessed your work.  Whilst this is being done (in business hours), please review the video on where you may have gone wrong.

View the online video and complete the four quizzes successfully to complete the RSA course online (We recommend you keeping the video open and minmise it whilst doing the assessments so if you need to refer to anything you can check on it)

Ignite Education Online RSA  training is recommended to be completed by students that have already undertaken previous RSA training (face-to-face)
